WHO'S THAT?

Twin City is an emerging pop duo from New York City comprised of singer songwriter sisters, Anjali and Bhavani Pitti. The name Twin City reflects the fact that they are indeed twins who started their careers as artists in a city that they love. Though relatively new, they are already gaining significant acclaim and earning praise from notables within the music industry.

Twin City’s sound has been described as "velvet dynamite," which is easily recognizable in their signature combination of something that is both smooth and gritty. It's a mixture that fuses with naturally catchy tunes which are written from a place of authenticity. The result is a fearless and fresh offering to today's pop music stage; fearless because the twins always just go for it, and fresh because going for it means that they have a proclivity for tapping into their own creative wells to create something that they're genuinely proud of.

CATEGORICALLY SPEAKING

Genre-wise, it’s an offshoot of electro-pop and synthwave, but with a retro-nostalgic feel and a futuristic edge. The songs are defined by stirring vocals and truly infectious hooks, melodies, riffs, and leads, while organic harmonies drive momentum. Their lyrics are emotionally identifiable and range from playful and witty, to invigorating and empowering; which are spot-on representations of their personalities.
